Человек Империи.

За окном - влажная духота. Ночной ветер колышит ещё не опавшую листву, словно пытается стереть ею с неба скудную россыпь звёзд... Шторы на окнах благоухают намертво въевшимся ароматом кальянного табака. Из недр квартиры телевизор доносит какую-то индийскую мелодию... Странно...


...Но всё это вместе рождает у меня в голове ассоциации только с одним человеком. С Человеком Империи... Закончу сидеть сегодня за компом - обязательно перелистаю на сон грядущий томик его стихов.

Прочитал ваш старый пост, вспомнил.
Помянутая вами пишущая братия, когда жареным запахло (в 40м году), вовсю создавала и выпускала сборники киплинговских стихов
"О Руди то и Руди се и с Руди знаться стыд.."
Он знал :)
Интересно, чтобы он написал еще, если бы прожил еще лет 6...
